Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final once an order has been processed.

Refunds / Replacements

We offer a refund or replacement only if:

The wrong item was received

The order is confirmed lost in transit

To be eligible:

Provide clear photo or video evidence

Include your order number

We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect item selection (size, color, style)

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Minor cosmetic differences

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Estimated shipping time: 7–15 business days

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment

Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
